HackerYou, a Canadian coding bootcamp offers a 9 week program for $1 upfront.
Instead of tuition, students pay 17% of their salaries for 24 months to the school upon graduation. This offers prospective coders a more financially accessible avenue for picking up technical skills.
Students don’t have to repay the tuition until they are earning $50,000 pre-tax, and are forgiven from repayment if they don’t attain a $50k salary within 5 years.
